The prices of swiDOC are based on the number of users, the storage capacity and the duration of the subscription. The more users and storage space required, the higher the price. With a term of more than one year, you also benefit from discounted conditions.
You can choose between different payment methods. Package S allows payment by credit card. For the remaining packages, payment can be made by credit card or invoice. If you prefer to pay by invoice, please contact us so that we can activate this for your account.
During the 30-day free start-up phase, you can test all of swiDOC's functions without incurring any costs. You can use the intelligent filing system, access control, search function, mobile scanning app, all integrations and much more.
No, installation is not necessary. As a web application, you can easily access swiDOC via your preferred browser without having to download anything first. After registering once, you'll be up and running in under 15 minutes!
Yes, there is a mobile swiDOC app. It allows you to capture physical documents quickly and conveniently by scanning them using your smartphone's camera and storing them in your digital filing system in no time at all - anytime, anywhere. The swiDOC app is included in all packages and can also be used during the free start-up phase.
After the 30-day start-up phase, you decide which package you would like to use in the future. The paid version does not start automatically. You will only be charged if you decide to book one of the packages. In this case, you can make the booking directly in your account using the same access data and continue to use all the data that was entered during the start phase.
Our subscriptions have different user limits. If the maximum number of available users in the current package has been reached, additional users can be requested. In this case, please contact our customer service team, who will then get back to you.
Each package has its own storage space limit. If you have reached this limit, you will need to upgrade your subscription to be able to upload more files. Changing your subscription is very easy and can be done at any time. To do this, open the "Manage subscriptions" tab in the left sidebar and select the desired package to change your subscription.
Your subscription is automatically renewed by default. However, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. In this case, you will continue to use the functions until the end of the current subscription period before they are adjusted accordingly. We would very much regret a termination and ask you to contact our customer service with your challenges first.
